the entire bathroom was a soaked mess after my shower, quite poor design for any hotel. and the breakfast? totally underwhelming, just a sad collection of cold carbs with self-cooked eggs that caused chaos. i didn't even get a complimentary bottle of water for that price, how rude! i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

I faced cleanliness issues in my room with visible dust, which made my stay uncomfortable. The temperature control was non-functional, leaving me sweating throughout my two-night stay. During breakfast, the coffee machine was out of order, and staff seemed unaware of how to fix it, which added to the frustration.

We had a lovely family stay here. The room was spacious and well-kept, and the breakfast options were ample enough to start our day on the right foot. Plus, we were just a quick walk from the Capitole de Toulouse, where we enjoyed the stunning architecture.

My children wanted a better breakfast experience.

The culinary finds near the hotel are a treasure! The fresh sushi at La Meuniere was a standout, and exploring the local cafes was an absolute delight. Plus, the staff were super welcoming, providing lemon-cucumber water that's perfect for a hot day.

The bathroom design was quirky — no door on the shower meant wet floors post-scrub. The stairway had uneven steps. Those thin walls made eavesdropping a fun (if unwanted) activity.

My stay was lovely, especially enjoying the delicious breakfast and the fantastic all-day espresso station that kept me fueled! I loved unwinding in the cozy courtyard and taking advantage of the complimentary filtered water throughout my visit. The only slight downside was the WiFi being a bit slow at times, but it didn't mess up my overall experience. ☕

On top of this, noise from the hallway and nearby rooms disrupted the quiet I had hoped for in my interior-facing unit. Although the shower had good pressure, the bathroom setup had its quirks, making it less functional than ideal.

Hotel offered an excellent location opposite the train station, making onward travel effortless. The room was a good size and impeccably clean, with a modern bathroom featuring a spacious shower. Complimentary tea and coffee available in the reception area, along with delightful cakes and sweets in the afternoon enhanced the overall experience. The breakfast provided was plentiful, featuring fresh bread, eggs, and pastries, making it a great value for the price.
